前陣子因貧血與感冒反覆暈倒，意外造成了腦震盪，後續也延伸出典型的後遺症：劇烈頭痛、暈眩、對光敏感，以及螢幕耐受度極低。

這段期間連滑手機、回訊息都會引發劇痛（有聯絡過的廠商大概知道我連打字都很吃力 XD），醫師也要求我暫時完全避免長時間使用螢幕，所以所有平台都停更了一陣子。

目前狀況已經恢復許多，我開始把未完成的工作一件件接回來。上個月在 Furuke 與 Patreon 延後的第二組照片與影片也已補上。

Recently, I fainted several times due to anemia and a lingering cold, which unfortunately led to a concussion. After that, I experienced the usual symptoms—severe headaches, dizziness, light sensitivity, and almost zero tolerance for screens.

最近、貧血と風邪が重なって何度も倒れてしまい、その際に運悪く軽い脳震盪を起こしてしまいました。

その後もしばらく、激しい頭痛・めまい・光への過敏・そして画面を見ることがほとんど耐えられない状態が続いていました。

この期間は、スマホを少し触るだけでも痛みが走ってしまい、メッセージを返すことですら大変でした（やり取りしていた方は、私がタイピングすら苦労していたのに気づいたかもしれません XD）。

お医者さんからも「長時間の画面使用は完全に控えて」と言われていたため、全てのプラットフォームの更新を一時的にお休みしていました。

今はかなり回復してきて、止まっていた作業も少しずつ一つひとつ再開しています。

先月（2025年10月）Furuke と Patreon で遅れていた第2弾の写真と動画はすでにアップしました。
